Checking in to the Pleasing Motel 🏨

Harry Styles' beauty brand, Pleasing, was back in ATX with a '60s motel-inspired pop-up, The Pleasing Inn. Located on South Congress, the experience offered an immersive, nostalgia-infused space filled with the brand’s signature beauty products and merch. The pop-up was a hit once again with fans waiting in long lines to explore the fun, retro space. We checked in and can confirm—it was a total pleasure.

Kegs for Pregs — it’s not what it seems 🍻🤰

The Philadelphia queen, Miss. Kylie Kelce, stared in a bold new Liquid Death spot. Picture this: a rowdy bar packed with pregnant women chugging cans of mountain water like it’s game day. — sounds about right for a Liquid Death spot, doesn’t it? Kelce confidently "drinking for two" unveils a new limited-edition 5-liter keg of Liquid Death while proving to be a perfect new ambassador for the edgy brand.

SET Active Made an Oopsie 🫢

Spilled matcha, smudged mascara, and a cracked phone screen, Set Active’s latest drop, Bloopers, is all about embracing life’s little mess-ups. After a production error led to sizing inconsistencies in a new collection, the brand flipped the narrative, turning a potential disaster into a clever marketing moment. Instead of wasting perfectly good pieces, they rebranded the line as Bloopers and offered them at a discounted price, proving that imperfections can be part of the story. It’s a masterclass in adaptability, and making the best of life’s oopsies.

G⚡️S Takes on SXSW

There are so many reasons to love ATX, but SXSW is always at the top of the list. This year was no exception, here are some of our favorite moments:

  1. This year’s opening session stressed the importance of Social Health in the workplace — a pleasant surprise in the fast-moving world of AI, Social Media, and digital transformation.

  2. Rivian impressed us this year, as a headline sponsor. At the forefront of their experience was the Electric Joyride off-road course. Eventgoers had the chance to buckle up and experience Rivian’s rugged capabilities tackling an outdoor obstacle course in the heart of Congress Ave.

  3. Create and Cultivate’s Future Summit has continuously been our #1 favorite event and this year was no different. — experiencing new brands with like-minded gals will always be a win!
